DESCRIPTION:Annual Meeting Conference Call\nTuesday\, August 11th\, 7pm\nCall\n(605) 472-5673\nEnter 904993#\nEb’s agenda items \n\n\n1.A proposed plan for the operation of SAWUURA as a Sanctuary camp where connection to the natural environment is encouraged and cultivated. With the expectation that larger group gatherings will not be likely before Labor Day Weekend 2021 if even then. \n\n\nGroup sizes and limits \n\n\nA Small group is defined as 6 or less people. \n\n\nA large group is 7-11 people \n\n\nCamp may host up to three small groups or one large group at any given time. \n\n\nThe three small groups may not total more than 11 people\n \n\n\nI propose that the current annual membership fee remain $60 per year per family. \n\n\nI suggest that when membership reaches 40 member families we reassess that policy. \n\n\n2. Facilities Report \n\n\n3. Fire extinguishers  \n\n\n4.  Stove pipe  \n\n\n5.  Ramada  \n\n\n6.   Mission/ Vision statement  \n\n\n7. Designated Graveyard Area \n\n\nAlso (from Curtiss) \n\n\n8. Didn’t receive any responses to my plea for board member nominees.  \n\n\nPropose that we \n-renew existing board member positions.\n-discuss Heidi’s proposal that we pay someone to publicize/organize. \n-plan to send congregations a monthly newsletter.\n-Update board members in December. \n9. 501C3 status needs renewed. John Warner has suggested that we might redefine ourselves as a church.  Discussion?\n \n\n\n10. New Business
